Board Notifications for threads are not working

For some reason I can't keep more then 2 on my thread notifications. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? Or does it just hate me?

I am finding this same problem as of late. I add threads to my Notifications, and sometimes their either don't add at all, or delete themselves no less then 3 hours later. It's even deleted ALL of my old notifications.

Not only that, I'm not longer recieving notifications via email any longer at all.

I'd appreciate a reason and solution.

I figured I'd ask again and I changed the subject to something else but it deleted one of my notifications again. Anyways to fix this?
