What is the maximum size for a banner?

Towards the end of the Rules (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/newreply.php?do=newreply&noquote=1&p=4876911) there's the section on avatars/sigs.

Outside of a spoiler it can be no bigger than 468px long by 120px high, right-o? Inside a spoiler it can be 300px high.

I had to reduce mine 12 pixels.... <.<

Also, bear in mind: 120 = 8 lines in your signature, and you're only allowed 12 lines.
