This piece of paper can display whatever the owner wishes. It may be used to make an instant forgery check at a +10 bonus, though the document being forged can be no larger than a credit card. If scrutinised, a DC 20 Will save will allow the target to see through the illusion.

Planning to make this in a modern-day setting game that I'm currently in. Thoughts?

If you're doing it in a modern day setting you might want to just use the d20 modern rules.

It's an already existing campaign; the DM prefers the D&D rules to D20 Modern, but has her own modern world which we're playing in.
