Have you ever seen someone suffer from mad cow disease? I work in a hospital and while it was not completely confirmed they thought one patient I saw had mad cow disease, NOT pretty. Better just to wish the ability to kill or something as I would not wish that disease on anyone.

Jamie Madrox's power is good. You'd be nearly injury proof, could efficiently multi task, and would always have a buddy for multiplayer games.
