Fire Kobold

Personality: Fire Kobolds are in most respects like there cousins the Kobolds but are not as wimpy. They have an inquisitive personality and a very daring one when around fire, thinking it is some what like a god rather than a material. They spend as much time around or using fire as they can. If a Fire kobold hasn’t been around fire for a long period of time he/she becomes very blank and boring.
Physical Description: Fire kobolds are about the same height as the average halfing or gnome. They have hard scaly skin with rough spikes all over it, but mainly on top of there thick heads. Their skin colour can range from a dull orange to a vibrant red. Fire kobolds weigh a bit more than most other small races because of there hard skin.
Relations: Fire kobolds get along well with evil dragons and other kobolds. Even though they get along well with other kobolds Fire kobolds look down on there cousins thinking that they are lesser versions of themselves. Fire kobolds have been known to mingle with Dwarves; who share there love for mining. A few more intelligent Fire kobolds have even bothered to learn there language; Dwarven. Fire kobolds don’t seen to get on well with members of other races but there has been exceptions with people who share Fire kobolds love for mining and fire.
Alignment: Fire kobolds are most often evil and tend toward lawful. But there have been Fire kobolds of every alignment making them all common for them.
Fire Kobold lands: Fire kobolds live in Rocky Mountains or fiery volcanoes. They make there homes in small cave. And although not as skilled at trap making as regular kobolds they put traps around and outside there homes to keep intruders out. Sometimes Fire kobolds will even live in dwarven community. In almost every large or medium sized city you will find a small community of Fire kobolds.
Religion: Fire kobolds don’t worship any particular deity but worship the element of fire instead
Names: Fire kobolds pick names that almost always mean something in draconic. They pick their own names at the age of 14 and before that are named by their parents. They also have a clan name to distinguish groups of Fire kobolds. Here are some common names
Male names: Aakma, Krak, Kalem, Sickmch, Lorak, Zalam, Zakalamel
Female names: Samee, Sem, Leka, Kimel, Talak, Shika, Ralem
Clan names: Nikam, Zima, Karakem, Kraken, Erif, Hemlik
Racial Traits:
--4 Str, +2 Dex, -2 Con
-Small size: +1 bonus to AC, +1 bonus to attack rolls +4 bonuses on Hide checks. -4 penalties on grapple checks, lifting and carrying limits ¾ those of Medium characters
-A Fire kobolds base land speed is 30ft
-Low light vision
-Racial skills: A Fire kobold character has a +2 racial bonus on Profession (Miner) checks
-+1 natural armour bonus
-Special qualities: Light sensitivity
-Fire resistance 5
-Automatic languages: Common, Draconic, Bonus languages: Undercommon, Dwarven
-Spell like abilities: 1/day Burning hands
-Favoured class: Sorcerer
