Wizards and sorcerers have Permanancy, but clerics have nothing! How could you, for example, permanantly animate and object? Or set up a permanant blade barrier? Because I really want to be able to!

Hire a Wizard.

Have the Magic domain, and use a scroll of Permanency.

Have use Miracle to duplicate Permanency.

That's... about it, other than PrC's, multiclassing, and Cross-class skills.

Step 1. Worship Boccob (or any other deity that grants the Magic Domain)
Step 2. Use a Scroll of Permanency when you qualify for it under the domain ability of the Magic Domain

OR...

Step 1. Cross class ranks in Use Magic Device until you can use a Scroll of Permanency

OR...

Step 1. Cast Greater Anyspell, and use it to cast Permanency

OR...

Step 1. Take the Leadership feat and get a Sorceror cohort, then get them to Permanency any spell you're after.

I'm sure there are more ways to do it...

Take the Time Domain and it will be a 5th level Domain Spell

As a side note, the Time Domain includes Freedom of Movement, Haste, Contingency, and Time Stop!
