Ascension of Nightmares I: Immunity to all fear affects
Ascension of Nightmares II: Gains insight bonus on will saves equal to Charisma mod
Ascension of Nightmares III: Gains insight bonus on intimidate equal to Wisdom mod
Ascension of Nightmares IV: Dose not need to sleep
Dread Strike: When Nightmare Solider makes a successful sneak attack, sudden strike, or death attack, the subject struck by it must make an intimidation check. If they fail, they are shaken for a number of rounds equal to a NS Charisma mod. Subjects Immune to Fear are immune to this affect.
Improved Dread: If they fail, they are instead panicked.
Greater Dread: If they fail, they are instead are instead confused and start attacking anything it sees out of fear.
Supreme Dread: If they fail the will save, them must also make a fortitude save or die.
Perfect Dread: Those who witness anyone die from a dread strike, must make a will save or be panicked for a number of rounds equal to the NS Charisma mod.
Demon’s Vision: Dark vision (if they already have Dark Vision in increase by 30 ft.)
True Demon’s Vision: Blind Sight 30ft.
True Horror: A NS may induce mind-shattering horror into his/her victims. Upon a failed will save (10 + Charisma mod +1/2 NS class level) the target takes 1 point of wisdom damage (standard action). Target must be within 60ft. On a successful save they are shaken for 1 round.
One With The Shadows: A NS reaching 5th level has learned how to move in the shadows with unearthly grace. For a number of rounds a day equal to his/her class level (the rounds need not be in a row) gains a bonus to hide, move silently, and slight of hand equal his/her Charisma mod (as an immediate action).
Frightful Presents: (note to self: look it up)
Grasp of Shadows: A number of times a day equal to the NS wisdom mod, he/she may make an attack as if the target was flatfooted. This is only usable once per round.
Cloak of Shadows: A number of times a day equal to the NS charisma mod, he/she turns into a shapeless blur and by move undetected for a number of rounds equal to the ns dexterity mod.
Darkness: As spell.
Deeper Darkness: As spell.
Deepest Darkness: 9th level darkness spell, can only be canceled by a light spell of equal level. Radius 120ft. Dark vision, lowlight vision, normal vision, and true sight can’t see into deepest darkness. Only the caster may see in it.
Image of Fear: A NS may instill a vision of death in the minds of his opponents; this function is identical to a Phantasmal Killer.
Dread Nightmare: Weird once per day at level twenty.
