Depends on the Companion, and the skill set of the Druid.

As a Druid-2, your Animal Companion gets one bonus trick.

However, that's on top of any tricks it has from normal training by way of Handle Animal - which is up to 3 for an int-1 animal, or 6 for an Int-2 animal.

So if you take Handle Animal (or enough Charisma to pull it off just from the Bond), then the Druid-2's animal companion (race of the Druid doesn't really enter into it) gets up to 4 or 7 tricks (depending on animal chosen).

animal in question would be a medium viper - so int 1.

PC has an Int of 10, and handle animal of +3

If that's +3 from Charisma and Ranks, then you've got +7 for working with your Companion - enough that taking 10 will get you the DC 15 tricks. Potentially the DC 20 ones, if you take 20 off screen, or if you roll well on-screen.

If that's +3 INCLUDING the Link ability of Animal Companions, you've got issues training your animal companion unless the DM has you roll them, or you take 20 off screen.

Hi

Actually it's 4 tricks - 3 for Int 1, plus one from Druid Class.

Cheers
