Take Carmendine Monk (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/cgi-bin/feats.pl?Carmendine_Monk,CV) so you won't have to bother with high Wisdom. I'd replace a few of the Monk levels with either Fighter or a different PrC (perhaps Horizon Walker, taking a level in Wizard first to get Knowledge (geography) as a class skill) - you'd be able to get into Arcane Archer faster because your BAB will increase faster, and it would be more effective than more Monk levels.
Be advised that Monk and Arcane Archer are both pretty lackluster in terms of optimization. Your Monk unarmed strike and flurry of blows won't be very helpful if you focus on archery.
Taking Combat Expertise is also kinda irrelevant if you focus on archery, since it only works in melee.
Manyshot is pretty weak, and even Greater Manyshot (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicFeats.htm#greaterManyshot) doesn't make it much more useful unless you have Sneak Attack or some other means of precision damage. I would skip it if I were you.
Weapon Focus is fairly underpowered, though it isn't useless. It would be better if you took four levels of Fighter for Weapon Expertise, though, since without sneak attack you'll need all the extra damage you can get on your bow.
You really shouldn't take Power Attack. Your dexterity will probably be higher then your strength (though at least 14 Strength and a composite bow is a good idea), you probably will attack more from range than in melee, you probably won't be using a two-handed weapon (just your fists), and if you stay with that many Monk levels your BAB will be low enough that you won't be able to hit anything when power attacking. I'd take Weapon Finesse instead, and if you plan on being in melee regularly I'd take it much earlier.

@V: Actually, you don't have to pay. Every feat in 3.5E is available online. (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/datafind/feats.shtml)

Thanks for your opinion, it was kinda just a throw around idea, I'll tweak with it later. I only used the feats and info in the PHB or DMG because I don't feel like buying other books for more feats so I will be lacking in that area.
