On the &quot;post&quot; (http://www.giantitp.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl) page, the scrolling news ticker says &quot;OOTS #168 — Running on Empty&quot;

Whats that mean?

it means that the news thing hasn't been updated since comic number 168.
