Well, first of all, like everyone else said, you have to redraw the characters yourself. You can use the actual stick figure drawing style like Rich does, just not pictures he himself drew.

It's just one of the Giant's rules. You can use a program like Inkscape or Illustrator to create your own art. There's even a tutorial on creating figures (http://trazoi.net/tutorials/inkscape/oots/) just like the ones Rich draws.

Second of all, I thought it was rather funny, even if it didn't make complete sense. I mean, why is Roy holding a baseball bat in the last panel when he was using the Batman logo in the first three?

Anyway, it was a really good first attempt. Use a program like Inkscape (http://www.inkscape.org/) to draw the art from scratch, keeping working on the jokes, and you should be just fine.
