Obviously, the forces of Evil want Hinjo/Elan/Durkon dead, as it will further the course of evil that much more. And the Imp will say he will help V find Haley if he will kill all the people on the boats.

Hopefully, V will slaughter a bunch of NPC's, and then, when he's about to kill those mentioned above, Elan will convince him of his evil. At which point, he will get some trance in, before setting out with Elan/Durkon

Junior will not show before January, our time. Belkar dies at just about the same time, and he is not scheduled to die for quite some time.

Belkar is predicted to die by the end of the in-comic year, not the real world year. It might take several years worth of strips to reach that point. I don't think Belkar will be dying in or before January.

Belkar will not die in-comic. He will draw his final breath... but then that will be another one of the Oracle's stretches...

I predict Roy will be seen watching from above in utter dismay as his order continues to fall apart.
