Moon or Star Domain (3.5)

I was reading through the PHB domain list when I noticed that just about every domain has an opposite except for the Sun domain, there's no star or moon domain. Normally this wouldn't be important to me but I am making a campaign world where one tribe has a Jungle god and a Goddess of the Moon or Stars (yet to be decided which). I'm fine with the Jungle god though I was looking for a four domains that fit the goddess and have so far selected the Air, Good and Protection domains.

What I really need is a domain power and some spells that will fit it. Unfortunately I have no idea how to start and I have only the main three books and the SRD. I haven't been able to find any spells in the PHB yet either so, yeah, I'm totally stuck.

Unfortunately I have no idea how to start and I have only the main three books and the SRD.

I only have the PHB, DMG, MM1 and the SRD so no Forgotten Realms.

Although you could post it though I'm not sure if that's breaking copyright or some other similar law.

Hi I suggest somebody makes up a new moon domain with corresponding spells to go with it. It just sounds cool. In fact I may even make a cleric of the moon for my next campaign.
