On 'Structured Games'

I'd like to run a game that is less random than the town, and is much like the play by posts, except that it won't be very long (just a single dungeon, ery little plot), and wouldn't be using any straight forward rules (think the town w/ a DM) and I was wondering if Structured Games was the right spot.

Also, why can't I start a thread there?

No, that sounds more like a Play by Post. People do create one-shot adventures there. Please start it in Play by Post.

(You can't start a thread in Structured Games because it's restricted. If you do have a structured game, start it in SMBG and PM me (or Alarra) with a request to move it.)
