I've got an idea for a Homebrew... Many villains in Dragon Warrior/Quest are in fact "Demon Lords". Why not have add Demon Lords of Dragon Quest and add them to the Evils of Diablo and merge worlds? That way, the world won't be too cream puff soft and cute, and it won't be too dark grim and stupid either.
