"Boo will take care of the details!" This game lists about 75% of my favourite videogame quotes. Just the in-party banter alone is incredible, nevermind some of the things you get to say to NPCs that you're deliberately trying to annoy.

Jax's ending for Mortal Kombat 4 (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=jsvfP5BQxaw). Jarek has just thrown Sonya off the edge of the cliff and now Jax is dangling Jarek off the same edge in revenge.

Jarek: You have to uphold the law, you have to arrest me! Wait! This is brutality! You can't do it!
Jax: Wrong Jarek, this not a brutality, this is a fatality!
Jarek: (Incoherent screaming)

Whilst most of the endings just suck, Jax's manages to be bad in all the right ways (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SoBadItsGood).
