I was just browsing the two games that I am currently taking part in when a funny thought struck me: How disastrous would it be if my two characters swapped campaigns?

For reference, one is a giant monster currently involved in dismantling Los Angeles while fending off the U.S. army, while the other is a human warlock/incarnate seeking to repay an old debt by doing some favors for his hometown.

Post your most disastrous possible character swaps here!

Herod the Great of Judaea <===> Dr Wilbur Larch of "Cider House Rules"
Agent Smith from "The Matrix" <===> Clarence from "It's a Wonderful Life"
Granny Goodness <===> Mary Poppins
Sweeney Todd <===> Willy Wonka
Darkseid <===> Mr Chips

None of them mine, but don't you just wish... :smallbiggrin:

In the above vein:

Dr Gregory House with Dr Cox.

The real fun is seeing who notices the switch first.

I can just imagine it.

Girl: Mmm...roast beef...now its mashed potatoes and gravy...now its...piss?

Todd: Yes! This is piss! Piss and ink.

Dr McNinja <===> Any of the doctors on "Grey's anatomy.

I just want to see the cast of Grey's Anatomy killed by ghost wizards. Is that so wrong?

I played a fiendish half-dragon doppelganger in one campaign. Lawful evil. He'd have a lot of fun in any of my current parties, but any of my current characters (all Heroic tier) would not have as much fun being devoured by the half-farspawn driders he was fighting in his last encounter...

...man, it would actually be a lot of fun playing either side of that. Huh.

Wouldn't this belong in media? Just by the by?

Well, the original intent belongs in Gaming, it was just derailed in absolutely record time. Well, tied for record time.

All of my characters follow roughly the same archetype with different personalities, frankly, so it's hard to think of something really disruptive. Swapping my easygoing student paladin for the loudmouthed hyperviolent changeling has the potential to put a damper on his social life, though.

Now to actually answer on topic.

I think the only real change with any of my characters would be if I switched my Evil Fuliginguard with any of my other characters. He's the only L aligned character I ever played. (my Monk was killed pre-campaign by a forced DoMT draw).

Him: LE.

Everything else: NG to CN

A cookie to anyone who knows what I mean by fuligin.
