Zhorj sheathes his glaive and drops the javelin. Activating travel devotion he moves to o12 then moves to K12 and jumps up to grab the ledge and pull himself up to J12. All this trying to make as little noise as possible.

Jump DC 8 (standing reach 8' jump 2 feet to grab the ledge)
Jump skill is +15 auto success
Climb DC 10 (DC 15 check -5 difficulty for having a perpendicular wall
Climb skill is +9 auto success

ArcherLoS lite v0.7 initiated. When you get to S9, which is one move action, you see him in J12. You could probably argue that you can see him a square or two before that, but this is LoS lite. You can change the rest of your turn based on this information.

With an evil grin Zhorj springs into action moving I11,H10,G10 to K10 then jumping to o9 as part of his charge to Q9 swing his glaive at archer

Wait a second....how are you charging? There's a giant gap in the arena between you and me. Thankfully this means a lower attack bonus and damage, so you'll have to re-roll damage at least. I may survive!

well, I wasn't sure on the charging portion since I have seen charging while jumping handled different ways. You can check out the spoiler for the refs on my action. The attack bonus doesn't change because I was at a +2 charge -2 multiple attacks which just wash. I included the alternate action should it be ruled that a charge can't be done in this fashion.

Jumping while charging is perfectly legal as long as it is i a straight line, without obstructions. So jumping over a gap and slicing someone would be legal.

There is a feat called Leap attack that lets you del extra damage with your power attack if you charged and jumped at least 10 ft as part of your charge. From this we can deduce 2 things: you can power attack when you charge and you can jump when you charge.

It would seem that Bayar is correct that jumping as part of a charge is a legal action.
