Someone mentioned this in the "stupidest monster" thread, how about we create a "stupidest art" thread? Can be stupid monsters, but can also be just weird/stupid art. Sticking to 3.x because WotC is generous enough to post all the art from the books online! Not sure why they aren't yet doing this for the 4e books, maybe its the Dragonborn cheesecake on page 137 of the Adventurer's Vault (she's giving someone a shoryuken and showing off just a bit too much of the backside of her thighs.) Oh, and please spoiler things.

Anyway, I'll start with this gem from Frostburn...

Who thought that thing was cool?

And this bit from BoED.

... What is with her helmet?! It makes me think that its a steam powered paladin or that she better be able to make a serious gore attack with that thing. Also, obligatory lesbian succubi.

The context does not matter. There can be no explanation.

I don't know if this is crazy-stupid or crazy-awesome, but I like it anyway.

The look on the bear's face is priceless.

"Let's just put one of those beefy arms back up on his neck, there, for good measure..."

Somehow I don't think that the Helm of Brilliance was the brightest idea.

Just when you thought it was safe to get out of the water...

I'll probably find more later.
