Surprised I didn't see a topic re: Sinfest here. http://www.sinfest.net
I love the art, and it has very cutting edge political and religious humor. Intended for mature audiences but not nudity. Strong Language, adult situations and some drug use.
Also some very cute comics just between the authors cat and dog playing together. Those interludes somehow don't fit the rest of the genre but they are a nice break.
If it doesn't pull you in right away, try jumping about a year into it, I think it only gets better with time.
