The Sons of Jakob are the enforces of Good in the Astral Realm.(The name of my campaign setting is Astral Realm.) There are over one hundred of them that patrol the Astral Realms'es portals to the other planes. A Son of Jakob is either a direct descendant of Jakob the Sky Sage or a literal son.

All those who are Sons of Jakob are paragons of the human race. They carry immortal power within their veins. Because of this they are the most powerful organization in the Astral Realm.

Do you intend this as a final boss? Or a final ally? and will the PCs be divine when they combat with/against these?

These are flavor monsters.... Like Celestial Paragons... So... Its like Asmodeus rather than real divinities.
