A while back i made myself an OoTS style Arbitrator avatar and while i was clearing out my photobucket screwed up and deleted him. I don't have a copy of the .SVG file i used to create him in Inkscape and all i've managed to dreg up is a 600x600 jpeg of him that i was using to do the detail work.
Does anybody know of a way to resize that picture down to avatar size and keep the correct ratios without it becoming obscenely blurry and pixelated, my experiments with just reducing the actual size in Inkscape have been less than successful.
