Any suggestions for games that let you make a Gundam Wing Campaign setting?

You want pen and paper game systems, or video games that happen to involve Gundam Wing?

In the first case, I like Mutants & Masterminds or the non-d20 version of BESM, though they may take some finagling. M&M, notably, is coming out with an anime supplement next year that should have some neat humongous mecha-specific rules.

In the second case, pretty much all the good ones will be Japanese only, which can be a pain. However, I've heard good things about Dynasty Warriors Gundam.
