I've seen references to whips, especially on Gleemax, but I can't find them anywhere. Can somebody post their stats?

EDIT: Spiked Chain, +3 Prof, 2d4 damage thats reach....thats all.

They're in the gladiator article in Dragon 368. There's also a few powers in there relating to whips.
