Hi! This is for people who want to operate a horror campaign, or just add some ''creepy'' to their game. I hope you enjoy it! You can ask for or add horror-themed D&D monsters, spells, prestige classes, base classes or what have you, from rulebooks or your imagination. Nothing from MM1 though (unless it's modified) .

...Fluff, please? What is a blackmire imp? What sets it apart from MM imps? Why is it fey? Why is it aquatic?

To add on to Mando's comments, you're missing...well, most of the statblock, including some very crucial information like saving throws, feats, and skill modifiers. Right now we have no idea what a blackmire imp is, or why it's even called an imp when it's a fey.
