Yay! I beat Fallout 3 today. But over the last 20+ hours of gaming, one question drove me onward:
Is it just me or does Mr. Burke remind you of the Mysterious Stranger as well?
My "evidence":
Trenchcoat.
He showed in town up out of nowhere, Moriarty (IIRC) says. So does the MS (random event when you get the Perk).
Has a knack for destruction (blowing up Megaton). So does the MS, with his fully loaded .44 revolver and deadly skill.
He's pretty mysterious (weird voice). As is the MS.
I snuck into Mr. Burke's house, no revolver around there (just a sawed off shotgun). But I believe he had one on him when I killed him and Tenpenny. I reloaded the game, so I can't test to see if the MS won't show up again after I killed Burke.
