Master Necromancer [General]
Your talent for necromancy lets you improve your mastery of undeath and negative energy even as you pursue different paths of magic.
Prerequisites: Dread Necromancer level 1st
Benefits: You use your effective Dread Necromancer level to determine the effects of your Dread Necromancer class features.
Normal: You use your class level to determine the effects of your Dread Necromancer class.

For example: a Dread Necromancer 8/Dread Witch 5 has an effective Dread Necromancer level of 12 (she has spells known and spells per day as a Dread Necromancer 12).

Without this feat:

Her Charnel Touch deals 1d8+2 damage.
She rebukes undead as a 8th level cleric.
The DC of her Negative Energy Burst, Fear Aura and Scabrous Touch is 14 + her Cha modifier.
Her familiar has the same benefits as a familiar of an 8th level Wizard or Sorcerer.
She can use her Scabrous Touch ability once per day.
Lich Body gives her DR 4/bludgeoning and magic
Undead Mastery lets her control 8*(4+Cha)+4*4 HD of undead. (Assuming no bonuses to CL)


With this feat:

She rebukes undead as a 12th level cleric.
The DC of her Negative Energy Burst, Fear Aura and Scabrous Touch is 16 + her Cha modifier.
Her familiar has the same benefits as a familiar of a 12th level Wizard or Sorcerer.
She can use her Scabrous Touch ability twice per day.
Lich Body gives her DR 6/bludgeoning and magic.
Undead Mastery lets her control 12*(4+Cha) HD of undead. (Assuming no bonuses to CL)
She doesn't gain Negative Energy Resistance, Light Fortification or Enervating Touch.


I made this feat for one of my players (Dread Necromancer 4 currently). Opinions, comments and critique will be appreciated.
