Any rules on calculating injuries?
I wrecked my wrist fairly permanently and I'd like that reflected in my characters stats.

If DnD 3.x or 4, you could apply a permanent penalty (like a -2) to any rolls with dexterity and strength when you use your wrecked wrist.
If WoD, just subtract a single die from strength and dexterity rolls.
Those systems don't have a injury-system if I remember correctly.

The appropriate arm is at -1 HP, but your general HP aren't affected. Obviously.

There are optional specific injury rules in the D20/3e DMG, assuming that is the game you have in mind.

The optional rule Matthew mentioned is on page 27 of the 3.5 DMG.
