But it's not LAW that's the problem. As far as I know, LAW is fine. Yeah, you're using a town thread as part of the base, but you've been doing that since before they were moved here any way.
All this started happening when everything was put together.

Townies can join GLoG if they want (assuming they are good aligned characters). The split between Town and Acronymville predated our existence, so I have no idea why it's there. The GLoG visitor's centre is accessible from either universe.

When the mods moved them they had to decide to let Townies in or not.
They decided not.

Rabbit and the Thug are not AMEN-affiliated. Vespe used to be, kind of the same for Magtok, I think. In any case, none of them were actively AMENites at the time.

'Sides, most of AMEN is isolationist as hell. You can't mention plot about even the other organizations or you'll be anti-plot batted into oblivion.

It's like the cast the silence spell on an arrow and shoting that arrow into the caster. By RAW it works even if the person is immune, and if he is useing the illusions centered around her but not touching. Shes not the spells target, just the focus.

Ohantom saw Ori as being way too over-powered, and ampe dup his own cheese to let him escape.

It . . . is not fair. Granted, fighting her probably isn't fair to the other person, but still.
Either you allow him to die by her hand now and again, or she won't die by his, no matter what is thrown at her.

But I can offer you a few suggestions,
Since Luminar won't be in the inn for a while, she could be walking along the beach, see the trapdoor, (Which could happen to be open) go in, then it locks behind her. Sealing them all in until FF's plot is over.
That, or she stays in the inn until his plot is over, then Luminar will go there.

I think, the best way I can think of doing this is simply co-existing.
Townies could be permitted to come to the ACRONYMS, and vice-versa, so long as, while the character is in the opposite universe, they follow the rules accordingly.

And charactors stll move between the two....

I dont know why they're seprate, personally, but its in place for a reason, and if someone really wanted to move between the two, there are ways to do so.

I have this idea for a feral child that would be a complete mystery to the townsfolk because he starts off unable to talk.

Can I have his charactor sheet say "iunno, some vagrant boy' as well, so the players will be kind've left in the dark about the kid too? I have a very firm concept around what he is and his abilities are, do I have to post them anyway so people dont go all 'nyu you made that up rawr.'

Just thought it would be cooler roleplay if not even the players knew what the hell is up with the kid...o.o
