A man approaches, swaying as though drunk. His body is literally crawling with hundreds of foot-long centipedes, which seem less intent on consuming him then simply crawling all over him as though caressing his flesh. They're all around him, and as he draws close to you, the swarm starts to consume you...

The Locus is a supernatural phenomenon tied to the demon lord Obox-ob, the first Prince of Demons and the current Demon Lord of Vermin. Once every few generations, the demon lord decides that mortals on the material Plane have it too good and sends a scorpion containing a special venom to a mortal woman. It stings her, and three weeks later, her body bursts open as she gives explosive birth to a full-grown male of her species. This man inevitably attracts swarms of vermin to him, especially scorpions and centipedes. They are drawn to protect him as he seeks to implant some chaos into the Material world, by the bidding of his demonic father.

Direct the Swarm (Su): The Locus is capable of controlling vermin. It may control up to four times its HD in vermin at any time.
Summon Ekolid (Su): Once per week, the Locus may summon an Ekolid from the Abyss. The summoned Demon does whatever the Locus commands for up to an hour, then returns to the Abyss.
Swarm Armor (Su): The Locus is always surrounded by a writhing swarm of insects that crawl and climb all over its body. These insects provide a layer of protection to the Locus. As long as the Locus remains within the area of a swarm of insects, it gains a +4 armor bonus to its AC. This one swarm counts toward the HD limit of vermin the Locus can control.

Demonic Skin [Abyssal Heritor]
Your skin has rough, scaly patches that enhance your natural armor.
Benefit: Your natural armor bonus improves by 1. This improvement increases by 1 for every two Abyssal heritor feats you possess. If you do not have natural armor, assume your natural armor bonus is +0.
Special: Your thickened skin tends to catch on objects and makes you less flexible. Because of these effects, you take a -2 penalty to Escape Artist checks.

Cloak of the Obyrith [Abyssal Heritor]
The Chaos of the Abyss suffuses your being, as it does the ancient obyriths.
Prerequisite: Chaotic alignment
Benefit:You gain damage reduction 1/lawful. The amount of damage reduction increases by 1 for each additional Abyssal heritor feat you possess.
Special: You are careless when it comes to your own fundamental well-being and take a -2 penalty to Survival checks.

Eyes of the Abyss [Abyssal Heritor]
Your eyes glow with an inner fire of some unusual color. This glow increases your perception and allows you to see in the dark.
Prerequisite: Any one other Abyssal heritor feat.
Benefit: You gain darkvision out to 30 feet and a bonus on Search and Spot checks. The amount of this bonus equals the number of Abyssal heritor feats you possess.
Special: Your glowing eyes are disconcerting and distracting to those with whom you interact. This effect manifests as a -2 penalty on Diplomacy checks

For a "once every few generations" thing sent to torment mortals this thing is weak... which is FINE... even Red Dragons start relatively small... just seriously needs an "Advancement" line.

Also the space/reach entry has a typo... 5ft x 5ft/5ft for 3.0 5ft/5ft for 3.5 format.

Maybe there's different variations, stronger versions depending on race (the one listed could be human). Bah, I don't know. Maybe it can transform?

Just suggestions. Not trying to plagiarize your monster on your thread.
