What is the Paradigm Project?
- The Paradigm Project is a homebrew project of mine that I've been attending to on and off as I've been learning and growing. It is, in essence, a complete rehaul of 3.5 Dungeons and Dragons, starting with the magic system.
Why was the Paradigm Project started?
- Just about any DM or player you ask will tell you that spellcasters were broken, and the Paradigm Project is, first and foremost, an attempt to put real prices on spellcasting. As it's evolved, it's gone past that, and I'm considering all kinds of plans for it.
What is the planned impact of the Paradigm Project on D&D 3.5?
- Basically, the plan is to gut the entire class system and replace it with the classes that are going to be made. Current core melee classes are being given a pass until playtesting best tells us how to change them.
How can I help the Paradigm Project?
- Pick a thread and run with it! Ask questions, pose situations, come up with ideas for classes, write up rituals - we want YOUR ideas!
