No time now to flesh anything out, but I'm staking my claim early! Lifeguards on a fantasy surf beach... 8)
Edit, 13 hours to deadline: Ooh 'eck, I don't think I'm going to get this one done... I'm afraid I'm going to be busy all day tomorrow, and for that reason I have to be off to bed now! Well, not that anybody was hanging out for it I'm sure, but even if there isn't a deadline extension (as has been known to happen), I'll put up something after the contest is over. It was such a good idea... ::)
