What happens if as a Gestalt Wizard/Cleric, when I hit fourth I go Mystic Theurge/Wizard or Cleric? Do I end up getting two spell levels per level? Or would I only get one?

Gestalt rules state that you only gain progression as your fastest class, so you would still only be casting as Cleric X/Wizard X. Not to mention that gestalt advises DMs to avoid allowing the use of dual progression prestige classes.

And even when it does, it usually takes up both sides of the progression, so you'd be far better off just sticking with Cleric//Wizard.

Maybe switch to druid after that. That'd be a pretty scary caster.
