You can't see him, he's invisible.
For those who can, though, he's a short man, doesn't talk much. Boring.

Until he makes his music. Music like the sound of a celestial choir,
like summer and winter and fire and ice and love and hate and everything you've ever felt.
The evocation of his sound strikes the hearts of all who have one, inspiring,
evoking, and some say, INvoking...

PERSONALITY
Doesn't talk unless it's necessary (and it's rarely necessary).
Hates getting bumped into (when invisible).
Likes to Hum/Sing/Play.

BACKGROUND
Michael is a Adventurer in the purest form, constantly searching for new experiences,
new sensations, new inspirations and new emotions.
He's spent years in the various planes, living with the natives. The plane of Radiance and the Plane of Shadow,
of fire and earth and water and air, of Celestia, Ysgard even the depths of Baator and the Abyss.
Possibly the only plane he's never been is the Clockwork Nirvana of Mechanus
(which probably wouldn't welcome him anyway.)

NOTES
1. Body outside Body, Level 7 Spell from the Wu Jen list.
(Spell gained by taking the spell knowledge epic feat)
Creates 1 clone per 5 caster levels. Clones cannot use spells
BUT are otherwise the same (except with less HP). This means
my clones can use Bardic Music.

2. Energy Transformation Field, a level 7 spell I selected, is able to
convert spell levels which will then cause a specific spell to be cast by the
field. Spells cast don't have their normal effect. The main abuse comes because
(Su) abilities add spell levels equal to the HD of the creature, and bardic music
is (Su).

3. Psychoactive Skin of Celestial Embrace gives me the Half-Celestial Template for
15 rounds once a day. This gives me Spell-likes based on my HD. Because I'm HD 21,
this means the entire list on the half-celestial monster entry. Important Spell-likes
include Resurrection and Holy Word.

4. The heartstone in my inventory is described in the Monster Entry of the Night Hag
It normally provides its full function only to Night Hags, but since I can use UMD to
emulate race, I can use its full features. Including not using up its charges and
etheralness at will. Also provides immunity to disease.

5. Captain's Bicorne, among other things, amplifies my voice to 100ft. It specifically
says all effects dependent on voice are also amplified to 100ft. Thus my bardic music from
singing also reaches to 100ft.

7. Bardic Music
Celestial Choir from the Words of Creation feat allows me to take (subdual) damage
to double the bonuses from certain bardic music. Mainly I'll be using this with Inspire
Courage. If I cast Inspirational Boost and Activate my Badge of Valor, (before singing)
I would add the bonus before it is doubled. For a total of Inspire Courage +14.
If I used Dragonfire Inspiration, this would mean all allies get +14d6 sonic damage to
their weapons. (Note, only my main body can activate the items and use inspirational boost, my
clones would merely provide a +10 bonus.)

8. Sizing Weapon + Snowflake Wardance + My Inspiration Routine + Whirling Blade
Deal Weapon damage in a line with an attack roll, adding my Charisma Bonus twice.
Weapon damage includes both the colossal longsword damage + Dragonfire Inspiration

9. Creaking Cacophony
Among other things, gives enemies sonic vulnerability, which is the kind of damage I grant
with dragonfire inspiration.

I'm playing a Level 21 Bard 9/Virtuoso 1/Sublime Chord 2/Virtuoso +9 in a campaign. But am completely at a loss as to what to do with my next level.
I'm a dedicated buffer, chiefly using the body outside body spell taken off the Wu Jen list to get off 4 songs in the same round.

However, the only benefit of a casting progression class now would be to increase my caster level, which, while it can't hurt, doesn't do much for me as a buffer.
So, what are some classes/prestige classes I can go into to boost my effectiveness?

War Chanter from Complete Warrior comes to mind.

There was also a fighter type class somewhere, which uses battle shout buffs, which might work with your build. It uses an action for a shout, which leaves an active buff on the battlefield. The classes name and book elude me, though.

You have shapechange, Poly any object and time stop.

Take off your equipment. Shapechange into a choker. Get two standard actions per turn. Put back your equipment. Profit.

I fail to see how that would solve anything. (Other than by being awesome.)

Well, I was trying to say you're already very powerfull, no matter what class you take.

I would sugest then adding crusader levels. They have some very nice maneuvers to boost allies, like giving them extra turns and stuff.

Or go paladin of freedom/slaughter. You'll get more uses to your insane charisma and buff your allies.

Dread comando Prc boosts the party's iniative wich is also very nice.

Spellcraft doesn't matter. You get a bunch of casters and research 0 DC spells.

Free time? Cast Genesis, give it some arbitrarily fast time flow trait, and now you have all the time you need.

I am really certain you didn't read the character sheet. I don't have Genesis on my spells known and am not in any position to gain it as a spell known.

We have no access to scroll shops or any low level casters who could mitigate for us. We have approximately 4 casters in the party and one of them already has epic spellcasting so any more casters with the feat is wasted.
Anything which had a pre-mitigation of less than 50 is probably less powerful than one I can achieve with a combination of shapechange, timestop, body outside body and energy transformation field anyway.
