So, I'm back to playing one of my favorite characters, an jerk inverter named Hughs in M&M. He's an jerk on the level of Tony Stark during Civil war.
The problem is, when i made this character, was an jerk, and despite my behavior on this board, I now like to think that im a calmer, happier person.
Yes, I have a point here. Can any one help me find inspiration for a character who's an jerk, an inventor, but who ultimately dose the right thing. (if only because the death of all living things would be bad for profit).
Since I've fallen out of touch with this type of PC, can any one suggest any Tv, novels, movies, anime, manga, comics to help get me back in the grove.
So far all i have is House, Luthor and Tony Stark

What does path finding have to do with Inventors?

TVTropes (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/MagnificentBastard) is a good (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/JerkassStu) place (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ShootTheDog) to start (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/WeWantOurJerkBack).

Generally, when the board auto-censors your post, it's a good idea to leave it auto-censored rather than symbol masking. There are a few children on the boards and they take to keep the text below PG-13.

Kick booties, i've never actually heard of this before, some very good ideas!

Hoo buddy, what a world you've just walked into. That is the single most linked to site on this board, rivaling the OotS comic and the Gleemax forums.

Good idea. You might also want to, y'know, edit your post again. :smallwink:

Seconded. I was trying to figure out what an ass inverter was, then realized you meant inventor. Big difference. And one that needs not be expanded on, for the sake of all of our sanities.

Yeah, browse around TV tropes, watch movies read books, the like.
What's wrong with saying ass? It appears in most prime time shows. And it
...
was in Shrek, and what kid did not watch Shrek?
Yeah, that's pretty much it.

Yeah, that's pretty much it.Does the forum even censor ass? It seems a bit hypocritical if it does, seeing as it appeared in the very first comic (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0001.html).

I think its the hole part that becomes touchy

Quite so, much like with the FCC: they'll allow certain words or phrases on the air, but step too far over and POW censorship. Perfect example of this situation is in the movie Bruce Almighty, where Jim is at Jennifer's preschool and says "blahblahblah ass." One of the little kids says "Hey mister, you said ass!" Jim responds "Well, it's okay to say ass. Now if I'd added hole onto the end, that's different. Assh-" he then gets cut off by Jennifer.

Isn't there an (in)famous website regarding that topic?
