I believe that you can have the books shipped internationally, if not from the Giant's store, you should be able to get it from some of the secondary distributers. Possibly Paizo or Amazon?

They have an ISBN and can be special ordered by any bookstore/hobby shop/delicatessen/whathaveyou. If you have a local game or comic shop in the area you should be able to ask them to special order it.
