A giant creature, resembling a brown-skinned man over eight feet in height, stands before you. A closer inspection of his body reveals that what you took for skin was in fact bark like that belonging to a tree, and his messy tangle of hair is actually a thicket of thin vines and twigs growing from the top of his head. A white haze of fog surrounds him, following wherever he goes.

A Cloud Forest Avatar is just that, an embodiment of the high-elevations’ rainforests. More often than not, the Avatar is awakened by logging operations in its protected region, and uses its Forest Haze and Spell-like abilities to call loggers into the jungle, never to be seen again. Although intelligent, a Cloud Forest Avatar is disinclined to speech unless circumstances force it to. Cloud Forest Avatars speak Auran, Terran, Sylvan, and Common.

Combat
Forest Haze (Su): A Cloud Forest Avatar is always surrounded by a misty haze similar to that of high-elevation rainforests. This mist surrounds the Avatar constantly out to a 20 foot radius. Normally, the haze only limits sight to half normal range, but as a free action, the Cloud Forest Avatar can thicken the fog, creating the effect of a Fog Cloud spell.
Quick Tangle (Su): A Cloud Forest Avatar can create the effects of an Entangle spell as a standard action (save DC 20). The Avatar must wait 1d6 minutes between uses of this ability. Alternatively, this ability can be used to duplicate the Plant Growth spell once per day. The save DC is Charisma-based.
Spell-like abilities (Su): 3/day-suggestion (DC 17), major image (DC 16)
1/day: dominate animal (DC 17) Caster level 10.
Misty Summons (Su): As a standard action once per day, a Cloud Forest Avatar can summon 1d4 Medium Air or Earth elementals that serve it for 1d4 hours, then dissipate. This ability can only be used within the boundaries of a rainforest over 500 feet above sea level, although the summoned elementals can travel outside this area. Elementals summoned this way gain +2 to Strength and Constitution while within the boundaries of a rainforest over 500 feet above sea level.
Cloud Forest Home (Su): A Cloud Forest Avatar is never hindered by any vegetation, including vegetation magically altered to hinder or harm it. It can see perfectly through any kind of mist or fog without penalty. An Avatar cannot leave the cloud forest it was born from.
Mistmelt (Su): A Cloud Forest Avatar can become invisible as a standard action up to five times per day while within an area of mist-filled terrain. The Avatar can use its own Forest Haze ability to enable this one.

One minor nitpick; there's no range, area, or anything indicating the size on the quoted effect.

Oh. Er, the second part is self-explanatory, but the original radius is 20 feet also.
