2nd Level (and further 7th, 11th, 15th): An Anchovy Knight does not gain Lich Body, instead gaining Death Knight Body which grants +1 natural armor and DR 2/magic for every 2 points of DR /magic and bludgeoning they would normally gain from Lich Body.

6th Level (and further 11th and 16th): An Anchovy Knight does not gain Scabrous Touch. Instead beginning at 6th level a creature with 5 or less hit dice and at least 3 less HD than the Anchovy Knight's Dread Necromancer level which fails their save against the Anchovy Knight's Dread Necromancer fear aura is panicked for 1 round/class level. At 11th level an Anchovy Knight's fear aura extends 10-ft for the purposes of 5 HD or less creatures. At 16th level it extends 15-ft for 5 HD or less creatures.

7th Level: An Anchovy Knight does not gain the ability to summon an (Improved) Familiar. Instead they gain the ability to call down an Abyssal Blast 1/day.

Abyssal Blast (Su): Once per day you may release a 20-ft radius burst of unholy fire within 400-ft +40-ft per Dread Necromancer level which deals 1d6 damage/class level. This damage is half fire and half pure divine force unaffected by fire resistance/immunity (like Flame Strike). A Reflex save (DC 10 + 1/2 dread necromancer level + Cha modifier) is allowed to half this damage.

12th: An Anchovy Knight does not gain Enervating Touch. Instead they may choose to inflict Constitution damage with their Charnel Touch. If they do so the target must make a Fort save (DC 10 + 1/2 dread necromancer level + Cha) or take 1 Con damage.

17th: An Anchovy Knight does not gain the improvement to Enervating Touch at this level. Instead they gain Spell Resistance 12 + Dread Necromancer level.

20th: An Anchovy Knight does not gain the Lich Transformation feature. Instead they become a Death Knight (MMII 207, or DLCS 212; there are differences mostly in Spell-like Abilities which are what the Anchovy Knight's extended spell list is drawn from, but the DLCS version gains the ability to create Skeleton Warriors, it is also 3.5 as opposed to 3.0).
