    I guess you can make artifacts. It's less useful if players can't build them, though.

    Once per day, you may extract one cat from this cage, and toss it up to 30 feet. The cat is automatically fiendish, and will attack anyone nearby, because it's evil.

    Cost to Create: 1000 GP, 40 XP, 1 day.
