rolls 1d20 wisdom check if I remember correctly their is a item in one of the books ( actually headdress) called headdress of exquisite dancer which increases charisma by +2 or +3 on normal and gives perform dance +5, gold version gives +6 cha and perform dance +10 but I dont remember the damn book so if you book fu the item it maybe help for you
