Spell Resistance: Yes.
This spell channels Positive and Negative Energy as you direct into creatures within range (potentially including yourself). If you channel a type of energy into a creature which heals it (typically Positive for living creatures, and Negative for undead, sometimes both) they are healed 1d6 damage/caster level and receive the benefits of a http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/restoration.htm]restoration[/url] spell; a successful Will save halves this healing and prevents the restoration effect. If you channel a type of energy into a which damages it (typically Negative for living creatures, and Positive for undead) they receive 1d6 damage/caster level and 1 negative level (as this is a result of positive energy in the case of undead immunity to energy drain does not apply); a successful Will save halves this damage and prevents the negative level.
You exude an aura that protects you and those around you from being forcibly dragged into the fight.
Benefit: Once per day as an immediate action, you can activate a protective aura. While it is active, you gain a +2 sacred (since your deity is neutral) bonus to Will saves, as does every ally within 30 feet of you. This bonus increases by 1 for every four character levels you possess (maximum +7 at 20th level). This effect lasts for 1 minute.
Special: You can select this feat multiple times, gaining one additional daily use each time you take it.
Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat for each three daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.
