    Apparently the one note I have coalesced you into is "Likes Civ games"
    Granted Power: Knowledge (architecture and engineering) and Perform are added to your Cleric class skill list. Each day when you prepare spells select one of Conquest, Science, Culture, or Diplomacy. If you select Conquest you deal +1 damage with weapon attacks and spells. If you select Science you gain a +2 insight bonus to Knowledge (architecture and engineering), Profession (siege engineer), and non-artistic Craft checks. If you select Culture you gain a +2 insight bonus to Perform checks, Knowledge (local), Knowledge (history), and artistic Craft checks. If you select Diplomacy you gain a +2 insight bonus on Diplomacy and Sense Motive checks. Each benefit lasts until the next time you prepare spells.

    Targets: Self and up to 1 creature within range per 3 caster levels.
    Duration: 1 round/caster level.
    Saving Throw: Will negates (harmless)
    Spell Resistance: Yes (harmless)
    You call the guidance of your god into you and your allies letting it guide them to victory in combat.
    This spell functions as divine power except that it may affect up to one additional creature per 3 caster levels within 15 ft of you. Each of these creatures must be within 1 step of your godís alignment (or if you worship an ideal your alignment) and should they go further than 30 ft from you the spell ends for them immediately.

    Conjuration (Creation)
    Level: Civ VIII
    Components: S, V, M
    Casting Time: 1 round.
    Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
    Effect: 8 to 128 created astral constructs.
    Duration: 10 minutes/caster level.
    Saving Throw: No
    Spell Resistance: No
    You create an army of puppets, your own personal force with which to conquer.
    When you cast this spell you create a mass of identical astral constructs which obey you as if created by the power astral construct. You can create either 8 level 5 constructs, 16 level 4, 32 level 3, 64 level 2, or 128 level 1 constructs chosen when you cast this spell. All created constructs are perfectly identical.
    Material Component: A set of lead soldiers worth 2 GP.

    Civilization Devotion:
    You are at your best in civilized realms.
    Benefit: When inside a small town or larger settlement you gain a +1 morale bonus to all skill and ability checks, attack rolls, and Will saves. 1/day as part of a roll made within a small town or larger settlement you may invoke the full power of civilization increasing this bonus to +2 +1/4 character levels, but you lose the bonus for the remainder of the day.
    Special: You may take this feat multiple times, each time you do it grants you an additional use of its daily ability which can be used without forfeiting the base bonus.
    Special: If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead, you gain one additional daily use of this feat (which does not forfeit your bonus) for each three daily turn or rebuke uses you expend.
