I think he's worried about taking damage from it, but Deathless aren't Undead, so that's not an issue. Stigmata does present something of a problem, unless the Risen Martyr can just use it freely due to Con damage immunity.

I am not entirely convinced that every prospective judge will agree with the portion in bold, barring specific instruction one way or the other from the Chair.
