2. Why yes, if that days drive includes a 6 hour airplane ride That is Cape Perpetua, it is one of the more famous views in Oregon (not Crater Lake or Mt Hood but still pretty up there.)

Welp, I'll just toss that on the pile of reasons I'd like to live in Oregon someday.

Edit: My entire life I thought Alabama was landlocked, just realized you have a coast on the gulf. Amazing the things as an American I don't know, like why Florida takes most of your coast line when it has a perfectly good rest of the state for that.
