For as difficult as the battle has been, your retreat goes over remarkably simple. By this point, the enemy army is in disarray, demoralized by Starislav's monstrous appearance and the sudden surge in skill among Rem's blessed warriors. Add to that your retreat into dangerous terrain and none dare follow you, nor are any arrows fired after you.

It's a good thing too, as only moments after Rem sounds the retreat, Starislav's new, powerful form collapses, withering down to a smaller humanoid form within seconds. Brought to his very limits, the demon bogatyr falls to his knees, and it takes three of his Pit Dragon Warriors to carry him away to safety.

It's a good thing that you retreated, perhaps. While the intensity and sheer power of your attack, coupled with Rem's incredible healing skills have preserved the lives of many of your soldiers, you still attacked a heavily fortified position guarded by several powerful mortals, and one demigod of combat. Your forces have taken some losses, luckily in exchange for a decent price. The loss of Red Typhoon alone will surely be crippling for the governor.

Perhaps he may return soon, to sue for peace?
