Description:
A humanoid (you think) being stands before you. They are clothed in a loose body suit, complete with a full face mask, which rolls liquidly as they move. You prepare for battle, when it hisses in a disturbing yet somehow comforting voice “Hold, I mean you no harm. Well, I guess that depends on your intentions…what are you doing here?”

Dorizzit was Ceramorphosised in the Illithid city of Zqxysk'c'tan'al, where he was, like all Ulitharids, treated with near worship by the rest of the community. However, he felt conflicted, not enjoying the wanton acts of cruelty committed by the rest of the community towards their thralls. The Elder Brain sensed this, and attempted to destroy him. Dorizzit barely escaped with his life, and spent several years in the Underdark before randomly wandering to the surface. While there, he was taken in by an ascetic order of warriors. Elsewhere he had been shunned and attacked, but the members of this warrior order, the True Ones, judged him upon his own traits and not those of his race. He trained with them for over half a century until one day the True Ones were annihilated by a major Drow incursion while he and the best fighters of the True Ones had been out on a journey to retrieve a relic. On the spot he swore an oath to defend the surface world from the evil races of the Underdark. He currently lives in Cliffport, although he has been pretty much everywhere on Toril and quite a few of the Outer Planes. He has a healthy lust for treasure, and enjoys hording it.

Combat

Improved Grab: If you don’t know what this is, you have never read the monster manual. It is initiated by a tentacle or Dagger of Feeding attack, and it takes only one more check to attach it’s other three.

Extract: If Dorizzit begins his turn with four tentacles and/or Daggers of Feeding attached to his opponent, he can rip out their brains. Needless to say, this is instant death to anyone other than Constructs, Oozes, Elementals, Undead, and Plants.

Mind Blast: Dorizzit can blast a Psionic cone 60 feet long. Side effects of being caught in the cone include drowsiness, dizziness, feelings of violation of your mind, the need to make a DC 21 Will save or be stunned for 3d6 rounds.

Psionics (as a 13th level Telepath with 179 power points): 1st: Defensive Precognition, Detect Psionics, Mind Thrust, Psionic Charm, Vigor. 2nd: Body Equilibrium, Ego Whip, Id Insinuation, Psionic Levitate, Psionic Suggestion, Read Thoughts. 3rd: Body Adjustment, Dispel Psionics, Mental Barrier, Telekinetic Thrust. 4th: Intellect Fortress, Mindwipe, Psionic Dimension Door, Psionic Dominate. 5th: Mind Probe, Psionic Plane Shift. 6th: Mass Cloud Mind, Personality Parasite, Shatter, Mind Blank. 7th: Decerebrate. Saves are, from first to 7th: 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22.

New Magic Items:

Daggers of Feeding: this set of four +3 Daggers are ancient artifacts of the city of Zqxysk'c'tan'al. They are designed with circular grooves along the hilt that are perfectly fitted by Illithid tentacles. They can be wielded by an Illithid, who takes all normal penalties for fighting with four weapons. An Illithid can undergo special training to wield these weapons, allowing them to take the Multiweapon Fighting feat. The Daggers can be used as a medium for the Improved Grab and Extract abilities of an Illithid. An Illithid cannot use daggers attached to an enemy.

Collision Blade: This +5 Greatsword, in addition to dealing damage on a successful attack roll, can, at the user’s option, affect the opponent it hit as though a they had failed a save against a Telekinetic Thrust power. The opponent can be knocked in any direction in 180 degree arc away from the user.

Empty Amulet: This Amulet is a wooden square with a circular black hole painted on it, hung on a simple rope cord. It can store up to 6 tiny, 12 diminutive, or 24 fine non-living objects. This is where Dorizzit keeps his Daggers of Feeding, as he can pull them out with his tentacles.

Well, It’s a bit long, but what do you think?
