Vorvadoss waits in the darkness at the center of the universe, ever scheming. He acts as advisor and vizier to Azathoth, guiding the mindless idiot god with his words. Vorvadoss rarely directly intervenes in the world, instead staying in the court of Azathoth and using his influence over the Seething Nuclear Chaos to subtly manipulate the world. Vorvadossís cult is tied to that of Azathoth, and his name is often mentioned in incantations to Azathoth by cultists who seek his aid in bargaining with the god.

The ritual for binding to Vorvadoss is derived from an older ritual that allows Azathoth to be invoked. By changing certain key incantations and using simpler, less powerful binding seals, cultists found that they could summon He Who Waiteth in the Outer Dark instead of Azathoth.

Manifestation
Vorvadoss manifests as a humanoid figure of green flame, who dances constantly within his seal.

The seal of Vorvadoss appears in green flames on the palms of those bound to him.

Influence
Those bound to Vorvadoss become fascinated and obsessed with music, bursting into alien and dissonant songs or frantic whirling dances during moments of high emotion.

Granted Abilities
Vorvadoss grants those bound to him some of his power as a manipulator, as well as the ability to evoke the powerful emerald flame he is master of.

Emerald Flame (Su)
As a standard action, you can hurl a bolt of green fire that consumes all flesh at a single creature within 30 ft. of you, requiring a ranged touch attack to hit. The green fire deals 1d8 Constitution damage to those hit by it, with a Fortitude save for half. Creatures immune to fire damage and immune to this ability, and creatures with resistance to fire take one less point of Constitution damage for every 5 points of resistance they have, rounded down. Creatures vulnerable to fire take a -4 penalty on their save, but take no additional ability damage. Once you have used this ability, you must wait 5 rounds before you can use it again.

Fiery Dance (Su)
As a move action, you can teleport up to 30 ft, vanishing in a blast of fire. Any creature adjacent to you takes 2d6 fire damage, with a Reflex save for half.

Scion of the Emerald Flame (Ex)
You gain the fire subtype. You gain immunity to fire, but become vulnerable to cold.

Vizierís Guile (Su)
You gain a +4 enhancement bonus to Charisma. In addition, you may use dominate person as a supernatural ability, with caster level equal to your Binder level. Once you have used this ability, you cannot use it again for 5 minutes.
