The Celestial Deliberative (Faction)

The Celestial Deliberative is the government of an alternate future Creation; it has only recently and tenuously come into contact with the Nexus. It has no single leader; rather it is run by two great legislative bodies, the Celestial and Terrestrial Deliberatives, and a variety of bureaucratic agencies.

It has an Embassy in the middle of Outside.
