You should try doing thing people usualy dodn't do at their first play, like killing Anna Navare in the plane or not killing her at all (I've readed it's possible somewhere and i wonder how.)
Knock her out with the stun-gun, I think.

The MIB agents also self-destruct upon death, but only if you don't knock them out.

She's also laughably easy to kill if you set her on fire.
