This spell enables you or a creature you touch to move and attack normally for the duration of the spell, even under the influence of magic that usually impedes movement, such as paralysis, solid fog, slow, and web.
All the listed examples are physical effects. Either there is an external substance that limits your movement, or you can't move your body because the muscles don't work. No mind-effecting effects are listed, so I say RAI is that it doesn't protect against them.

And as said, there's another spell that is explicitly meant to counter such effects, and it's four levels higher.
